Surprisingly Spike does hold to the forms and seems to believe in them, like the way he really thought it wasn't 'done' to go out on Halloween. *g*
They seem to be used to each other, accustomed, don't they. But I am surprised no one commented on the fact that Xander did consider shooting Spike at the end. Maybe I didn't make that clear enough. But he chose not to.
