This is great. I love the detail - the coping with Sunnydale the residents do (traveling sales jobs *snerk*) and how they know but don't talk about.

But the heart is the reality of teenager emotion and thoughts. The confusion of different maturity rates and friends that suddenly you no longer have things in common with, the first cracks showing in their solid front. And I love the appearance of Oz, you just know he's been cool for a long time and Xander seeing that in a glimpse, the way he later sees it in canon after he's gotten to know Oz.

I would love to see more of this.
