The bathtub scene was wonderfully gentle and light and sexy, building their sense of connection and feelings of contentment. Xander focussing on the difference having somebody else touching places only he had touched before was incredibly erotic, and the sense of happiness and bliss bringing him to laughter was delightful.

Giles' spell was vivid and I was actually hoping against hope that it wouldn't work. Xander's shocked dismay was painful to read, and the idea of him just leaving Spike naked and vulnerable hurt, too. At least Spike still seems intrigued by the boy, but neither one knows they're destined to be together. I can't wait to see what happens next.
