So now I have a LJ, what do I do with it? - No, I'm really asking.

Problem is, problem with even asking the question is, that no one knows I am here. So this is like a message in a bottle thrown into the sea. It might end up in Norway or Fiji and be found by a fugitive desperate for contact (they would have to be English speaking too, so that rules out a lot of the inhabitants of the French Pacific – damn, that sounded so romantic for a moment) or it could end up buried in a mud bank in Morecombe Bay or the Tees estuary covered in sludge and home to barnacles.

I guess I upload my stories.

Hi there. I came here from sparrow2000's journal. I'm involved in Spander fandom, but haven't been doing much lately, so you wouldn't know me.

I wanted to let you know that your LiveJournal should be whatever *you* want it to be. So it can be exclusively about fandom, or it can be about fandom and your life, or it can just be about your life. I have two separate journals, one for fandom and one for "real life," because I like having an outlet for interacting with a community about who I really am.

Don't worry about trying to make your journal what you think other people are looking for. Just be yourself. :-)

I know you're here! I do know the rules are hard to figure out. Heck, it took me a half dozen times to figure out how to do cuts and links. However, it's also a great community for developing fanfic, it's a good way to get to know people, and it's only moderately annoying in terms of things changing/not working.

Sparrow has been very good - her instructions are really clear. I have also been amazed how easy it is - I now understand why people have moved into it as a way of posting their stories.

It really is very easy to use LJ once you get the hang of it. Of course then they go and change the interface and you cry... but it's a good way to contact with other rabid fans.

Then I saw you had a Xander/Oz story and I squeed in excitement. *g* I'm a big Xander fangirl and I like to write him in lots of different pairings. So if you want to friend me, go for it.
