I'm a bit stunned and yet basically not. *g* This is an absolutely beautiful chapter from beginning to end. I do like you beginning with Willow and Buffy, demonstrating how for teens (and the rest of us to a lesser degree) life does go on even in the face of great loss. By the end of her conversation with Xander, I think she realizes she's truly lost him (maybe?).
Favourites this week? Except not, because that was a tragedy and Buffy and Angel... aren't. Just nicked my heart, because, well... that should be obvious.
"Yeah, all of them." *laughs* The banter between them is very good, and Xander's ability (your ability) to pick and choose and then remain true to the less salient but more important aspects of Spike's shifting character is very good.
