Spike is such a romantic at times. He's lucky Xander didn't listen to him. Can I just say Xander's entrance was a thing of beauty? The ease of the conversation before Spike left, the under the surface caring of each of them toward the other was a gorgeous, subtle play, especially balanced against Xander's dramatic action at the end. I can't wait to see where you go from here.
