There are so many nice elements to this, so many details and foreshadowing and backstory--all which have been mentioned and too many to list here. This is a wonderful story of Xander, Willow and Jesse (and others) as they were going through so many personal and inter-personal changes, with some of the biggest yet to come. Could Xander have ever imagined that he might look back on this period and think of it as the good 'ole days? Knowing all that's about to hit them leaves you with a certain sense of wistfulness that's heartbreaking.
