Maz's confused virtuality

Yeah, probably an age thing. I don't know when it was first shown in the UK, but I think I must have been about 11 or 12 when I watched it. I liked Spock and Bones and Scottie. I thought Uhura was great. But the way Kirk always got into sentimental love scenes with pristine blond planet dwellers, when he should have been commanding the expedition and making sure his crew were safe, made me want to curl up. *g* The only time I hated Spock was the episode when he discovered emotion and ended up in a tree with the girl (see still carrying the scars).
