I've been holding back from booking a place at writerconuk because I've been trying to work out if I could go this year.

Now I know I can't.

It has nothing to do with the fact that it's in May. If it had been in August, I already knew I couldn't go.

Now I know that May is out too. At least, it is for me.

writerconuk is always fun and if you're in the UK and have never been, I would definitely urge you to go and meet up with other fandom folk and enjoy a weekend of laughter, talk and general silliness - educational silliness.

I'll miss seeing everyone and I'll be thinking of you all.
