Puzzeled, but persisting
Jun. 25th, 2006 09:08 amI could just do this. Load up the stories I’ve written. But it’s not very creative is it? They are all in The Attic and at The Island and at WWOMB.
I am writing 3 other stories at the moment. One is in the process of being beta’d by wonderful, lovely, fantastic and more importantly, grammatically correct, Maggie. It’s a new story set in the Observations world. The other 2, well they are just sketched out concepts at the moment. I’ll get to them once the other is out of the way. What? I should be able to walk *and* chew????

Date: 2006-06-26 01:49 am (UTC)Sent over by Sparrow too. I'm a huge Spander lover but didn't discover them until I found LJ and stopped reading off archives. Posting to your LJ is another great way to reach readers. Once you've posted you can click on the little heart and stick your posts in memories. Even have memories set up so your 'keyword' is the name of your fic and input your story posts in there as your chapters.
But I'm getting ahead of myself.
LJ can be overwhelming at first but after awhile you find a groove. Some people just have LJs to read off others, some post everyday, and still others only post with a fic update. You'll get the hang of it.
Welcome to the madhouse!

Date: 2006-06-26 05:38 am (UTC)I think you're right. I am a bit overwhelmed at the moment - but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. People have been very kind and welcoming. I think as madhouses go - this one is very comfortable.
Thanks again for the welcome.
